Why Don't the Checkout Pages Have Your Website or company name? 

For security reasons the host server that holds this website cannot guarantee the high level security we offer unless the page goes directly to the server.  Rest assured, because of this precaution you are recieving the highest possible level of security to protect your information!

What happens if something I've ordered is out of stock?

If it is expected back in stock within 1 week, you will be notifed and your entire order will be shipped at that time. If the item is not expected back in stock within 1 week, you will be notified via email and the order will be processed and shipped without that item.  You will be given the option of having the item held in backorder or having your credit card refunded immediately to place the order for that item again at a later date.

What if I fail to choose a shipping option during ordering, and live outside the default area?

 You will be contacted to authorize the addition of the lowest priced shipping option to your area.

All orders are usually shipped from the warehouse within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order.  All times are estimates from the day you place your order.

Are shipments insured?

Yes, insurance is included in the cost of shipping.

Can I get a tracking number?

Tracking numbers are only available for the UPS Ground and DHL Rush order options.  Contact us should you require this number and it will be provided.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Of course, simply choose the USPS option when choosing your shipping.

Can I change my shipping option?

The shipping option cannot be changed by the customer one the order has been submitted, however, we reserve the right to change a shipping option at no additional cost or time to you.

All items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise, in the original packaging.  Please contact us for a return shipping authorization and instructions for return and / or receiving a replacement.  As all items are insured, we may not require a return if the item is broken or defective.

Our metal jewelry is comprised of gold (white, yellow and rose, in 10-18 carat) or silver alone or as a base medal bonded with Rhodium.  You may be asking what is Rhodium?

Rhodium is a chemical element that is a rare, silvery-white, hard and chemically inert transition metal from the platinum family.  It is used in jewelry as a bonding or electroplating on white gold and platinum to give it a reflective white and shiny surface that is more resistent than the base metal alone.  It is also used to coat sterling silver to strengthen the silver against tarnishing.

White Gold Rhodium Bond is achieved using an electroplating process that coats the item with heavy layers of rhodium a close cousin of platinum that costs three times as much which gives our jewelry a platinum luster.

When will Sales Tax be charged?

I want to order from more than one of your sites, but I only want to pay one shipping charge.  Can I do that?

There are several ways that you can order from more than one of our sites and only pay for shipping once!

1.  Fax the following information to TDT Sales 480-306-8430

Name, Address, Phone#, Email Address Items wanted include:  SKU, Name, How many of each Credit Card type, number and security code * Shipping Preference, if applicable* 

2.  Email the information* from option #1 using the contact form from the contact page, or orders@tdtsales.com

3.  Call our customer service line and order by phone or leave a message for us to call for your order (please do not order leave your credit information on the voicemail!)

*You will be called, emailed or faxed back with a total to approve before credit card is charged ----  if no shipping preference is selected, the default method will be charged.
